Situational Judgement Β· With a Memory Round Β· Two Candidates
The Compatibility Assessment
The kind of exercise a company runs before a big hire — except the role is spouse, and you're both interviewer and interviewee.
One run, two things woven together: real-life decisions where we measure how closely you align, and “how well do you know us” questions on your own photos — when was this one taken? — where there is a right answer. You each play the whole set privately; the report scores both.
1Answer solo. Either pass one phone back and forth, or — if you're not together — agree on a session code, then each answer on your own phone at your own pace, no time limit, starting whenever suits you. No peeking either way.
2Swap. The second person answers the exact same set, blind to the first.
3Get the report. A compatibility index across eight areas of married life, the friction points named — and a “who knows us better” scoreboard from the photo round.
The eight competencies assessed
A conversation-starter for two people who like each other, not a psychometric verdict. Answer honestly — a low score you talk through beats a high score you faked.

Who's being assessed?
Names only. Whoever's listed first answers first.
Tell your partner this number however you like — text, call, in person. You each type it in on your own device; typing the same code makes sure you both get the exact same questions, in the exact same order, without anything being sent between your phones to start.
Your part is done
No rush — compare whenever
You're both using session code 0000. The moment your partner submits theirs, this checks automatically and shows the report — no need to keep this tab open, come back whenever.

Twenty-four decisions plus a round of questions from your own photos. The number is a headline — the conversations under “talk about these” are the actual point.
